Question:

 Do I get to keep the rights to the art I make with this program?

Answer: 

You get to keep all rights to and can sell your fan art independently as long as you acknowledge our legal rights to our characters. 

For additional compensation we may negotiate to license your art for use in our store/games! 

(Choose a flat fee or a percentage of product sales!)

Is Adult (18+) art/cosplay allowed in the program?

Answer: Yes upon approval but it is not eligible for the Fan Voting Bonus.

Answer: 

Art referencing Non-KurosuDev creators or products without permission.

Art containing unrelated political or religious messages.

Art containing sexualized underaged (Under 18 Years Old) characters.

Art that would be illegal in the United States of America.

Art that demeans real people.
